March 13 update: Registration for the 2025 Western Region Conference has sold out. We look forward to seeing you at a future event!
What if my plans change? Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?
The window to transfer registration or cancel with a refund has passed. If you have questions, email conference@habitatoregon.org.

What is the best way for me to stay up to date during the conference?
We encourage all attendees to use our online platform, Whova. Available as a mobile app and web portal, Whova is the best way to navigate the conference and maximize your participant experience. Use the app to:

Registered attendees will receive Whova-branded emails and app notifications leading up to the event.
Where is the conference taking place? What hotel should I book at?
The conference will be held at the Hilton Portland Downtown. Please see the venue and lodging page for more information. The window to receive the discounted group rate has passed, but rooms may still be available.

Do you have tips for things to do in the area?
Yes! Read over the local attractions page for a variety of tourism resources, including off-site dining options and more. We also encourage attendees to post on the community boards in the Whova app.
What are the health and safety guidelines?

Will dietary restrictions be considered?
Dietary restrictions were collected on the registration form. If you have a specific concern, please email the conference staff at conference@habitatoregon.org.
How do I request accommodations?
Accommodation requests were collected on the registration form. The planning team will do its best to support all requests, but all inquiries are subject to staff and venue availability. If you need special accommodations for your hotel room, please contact the hotel at 503-226-1611 or online.
Are scholarships available to attend the conference?
Small Habitat affiliates and affiliates serving rural communities may qualify for Habitat for Humanity International’s Small Affiliate or Rural Training scholarships to attend this conference. Please see the Capacity Building Scholarships page on MyHabitat for more information.
